Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at JSS Hospital- Mysore plays an important role in making sure that patients’ nutritional status is being maintained throughout the stay in hospital by assessing, developing, evaluating, implementing diet plan providing hygienically prepared, adequate timely, appropriate diets like normal diet and therapeutic diet to all in-patients based on their medical requirements and educating them along with their family regarding nutritional care.
