Dr Soumya Rajshekar Patil is an assistant professor in the department of OBG in JSS Medical college, Mysuru.
She graduated from Belgaum institute of medical sciences, Belagavi, completed her Post-graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru medical college, Belagavi and eventually worked as a senior resident at the same institution for a period of 5 months.
She is trained in basic and advanced Gynecological endoscopy at Bangalore endoscopy surgical training Centre, Bengaluru (recognized by FOGSI) for a period of 6 months.
Her passion for teaching has led her to choose medical education and made her join this prestigious institution. She is actively involved in teaching under-graduates and post-graduates. She has special interest in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and Infertility.
