Dr. Nandish H R is a Pediatrician and a trained neonatologist working for the past 2 years in JSS Medical College. He is a proud alumni of Mandya Institute Of Medical Sciences (MIMS) Mandya. He has completed his MD in Paediatrics from Topiwala National Medical College (TNMC), Mumbai and He has one year of work experience in one of the world’s biggest infectious disease hospital, The Kasturbha Communicable Disease Hospital,Mumbai.
His areas of interest include Neonatal Resuscitation, Preterm Care, Developmental Supportive Care Of Older Children And their Immunisation. He has cared for various sick neonates admitted to the NICU particularly extremely low birth weight neonates with a successful outcome. He has worked as a part of the ‘BELAKU’ clinic, which is a multi-disciplinary follow up clinic for high-risk neonates. This clinic aims at providing a comprehensive care and rehabilitation to the high-risk infants.
He has attended many National conferences with update of latest knowledge about the speciality. His field of special interest is Neonatal & pediatric respiratory medicine where he is carrying out research on newer techniques to resuscitate new-borns and children.
Dr Nandish H R is a an active member of Clinical Safety Team of JSS Medical College & Hospital . He is a very passionate about teaching undergraduates, postgraduates and nurses. He is very compassionate towards his patients and has a thirst for knowledge which makes him always willing to learn for the benefit of his patients.
