Keep yourself hydrated (keep high on water and fluid)

- Natural delights such as buttermilk, coconut water and lemonades are also exceptional effective in keeping up the body’s fluid balance in the extremes of weather.
Focus on fresh fruits and vegetables
- Include water based fruits and vegetables (watermelon, muskmelon, orange cucumber, tomato) in your diet which are rich in minerals and electrolytes which will suffice for the use of water in summer.
- Fruits contain essential vitamins and minerals which will rejuvenate our skin.
- Healthy eating supports muscles, strengthens bones and boost immunity.
Eat small frequent meal
- Eating heavy meals with high quantities of carbohydrates and fats will raise the inner body temperatures.
- Eat in small quantity to avoid bloating and indigestion.
Get a proper sleep
- Getting adequate rest is crucial during summer as the days are long and tiring.
- Poor/less sleep may lead to taking up unwanted calories, high blood sugar and poor concentration.
- Adequate 7-8 hours of sleep in a day is compulsory.
