Dr. C. P. Madhu has completed his MS in general surgery from Tata Memorial Hospital. He has joined JSSMC as an Assistant Professor in 1987 and since then has worked at several levels of hierarchy and was the Head of the Department for 5 years. He is presently working as Professor and Unit Chief. He was the Medical Superintendent (Additional) of JSS Hospital for 5 years. His area of interest is in minimal invasive surgery and endoscopy. Over the years he has guided many post graduate students. He has attended numerous conferences as delegate and as invited speaker.
