Dr. Shilpa C is working as an Associate Professor in this esteemed institution. She is skilled in teaching the subject of Otorhinolaryngology to both undergraduate & Postgraduate Students & also guiding 2 MS Students in their dissertations. She acquired her MBBS and MS (ENT) degrees from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and has been a practicing ENT Surgeon for past 10 years. She is a passionate learner with a flair for research, academics and teaching. She has presented papers at several conferences and has won Gold Medal award for best teaching faculty paper at Karnataka State annual conference. She has numerous publications in national and international journals. Her clinical interests include treating swallowing disorders, sleep apnea surgery, allergic fungal rhinosinusitis including general ENT. She would like to pursue her surgical career in an academic institute. She is eager on updating knowledge and learning more about the latest developments in medical science.
