Dr. Srilakshmi N

Dr. Srilakshmi N is presently working as Senior resident in the department of dermatology, JSSMC Mysore. She graduated from Mysore Medical College and Research Institute, Mysore. She completed her MD Dermatology from SS Institute of medical sciences, Davangere, being one among the MD toppers of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She also did observership in Bangalore medical college and research institute. During this period she got trained in various dermatosurgical and cosmetology procedures. She worked as senior resident at Kanachur institute of medical sciences, Mangalore. She is a member of Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists, and has actively taken part in creating awareness in the community about Psoriasis, Leprosy and Vitiligo by busting the myths and stigma associated with vitiligo during the World Vitilgo Awareness day from the year 2016. She has presented papers in various State and National conferences. She has contributed to chapter in one of the textbook in Dermatology. Her special fields of interest include clinical dermatology, trichology and cosmetology.
