Caring the patients appropriately and affectionately is my primary goal. As a general pathologist, want to be above average in diagnostic skills in all the sections of the Pathology and hence wish to put sincere efforts in upgrading my skills and knowledge constantly. Hematology and Nephropathology are the fields of pathology in which I am currently focussing on and wish to stream line, develop and upgrade hematology to the highest level. Very keen on developing laboratory services to cater all types of Haematological malignancies including Acute leukemias and also for complete work up of hemostatic Disorders. Would love to develop Research culture among the undergraduate students as well as postgraduate students by moderating them in their research activities including paper/poster presentations and publications.

Have enrolled to PhD and about to complete.

Involved in the diagnosis and management of haematological malignancies and patients with hemostatic disorders in association with the clinicians
