I Mrs. Shreyaswini R completed MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics at JSS University, Mysuru. Currently working as a dietician in JSS multispecialty hospital Mysuru. since 2017. Over the years, I have counseled patients involving – obesity, diabetes mellitus – type 1 and 2, gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders, liver diseases, renal diseases, weight gain and pediatrics. Focused more on educating about food habits for healthier life.
As a nutritionist, I emphasize on quality nutrition choices to optimize health benefits for my patients. I conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for incorporating proper food habits for respective health issues and promote nutritional wellbeing to the public by conducting talks in various forums about proper food-lifestyle combinations
