Registration Counter
- The Registration counter is located in B Block main entrance. With one time nominal registration fee of Rs.50, Visitor will be provided with an OPD card and it will be used to record medical management. Registration with the hospital is valid for a year and it can be renewed using the same unique ID generated at the time of initial registration (Charges Applicable).
- OPD card and other medical reports should be preserved and carried during the hospital visit, with valid registration OPD consultation is free for broad specialties and Rs.100 and RS 200 is payable for each Super Specialty consultation based on the department (valid for 7 days).
- For any information, help or assistance visitors can approach “May I help you” desk located in B Block main entrance.

Admission
- If the patient is advised for inpatient admission then he is guided to admission counter for further process and counselling of hospital stay and other formalities.
- The hospital houses 1800 beds to cater to the needs of admitted inpatients of which 260 are critical care beds. Wards vary from General, Three sharing, Semi-Special, Private single occupancy (both A/c & Non A/c), Deluxe and Suite Rooms.

Discharge Guides

1 | Patient should be advised for discharge by treating doctor. |
2 | IP records are updated and processed for necessary clearance by ward nursing incharge. |
3 | Discharge summary is prepared and signed by the doctor. |
4 | IP record is verified and processed to be sent to discharge counter 2nd Floor for general ward discharges, 5th floor for premium ward discharges, Insurance/corporate empanelment discharges at Insurance desk 5th floor and Govt scheme discharges at 1st floor corporate counter. |
5 | IP record is received by Discharge counter, scrutinized and verified for bill generation. |
6 | Bill is generated and the patient attender is informed about the same. |
7 | Once the bills are cleared, payment receipt is generated. |
8 | On producing the Bill receipt in the ward, the concerned nurse discharges the patient. |
9 | The process of discharge involves many departments and they work as a team to complete to complete necessary documentation. The estimated time for regular discharge is between 4 to 8 hours. Hence, Attenders are requested to be patient and considerate. |
