The Department of Radiodiagnosis had its humble beginnings with a single X-ray machine, in the year 1986. Over the past 35 years, the department has considerably evolved in terms of technology and services rendered thereof.The department of Radiology and Imaging has state-of-the-art technology at its access to cater to a variety of clinical problems requiring imaging services. The faculty of the department are highly skilled, trained and academically oriented who endeavour to provide unparallel services to the public.
The department is equipped with latest Computed and Digital X-Ray units (CR and DR), Ultrasound machines with high-end scanners, Colour Doppler, Digital Fluoroscopy, Mammography, high-end DSA, 128 slice CT scan & 3 Tesla MRI machine. All modalities are connected to a high end Picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and are available round the clock.
