Dr. Mamatha S has 23 years experience in Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecological Practice. She graduated her MD(OBG) from RGUHS in 2001. She was working as a consultant OBGyn specialist in Mysuru. She joined this esteemed Institution in 2007 as Senior Resident. At Present she is holding the post of Professor and Head of the department. She is chief of OBG Unit-I and will be having out patient consultations on Every Monday. She is also available for consultation at special clinic on all week days with prior appointment. She is an alumnus of JSS Medical College having completed her MBBS and MS OBG from the same Institution. She is engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching & training. Her field of expertise is high risk obstetrics, such as Diabetes in pregnancy, Hypertension and Thyroid disorders during pregnancy. She is also trained in Endoscopic Surgeries and infertility management. She has more than 26 publication in both National & International journals to her credit. She has presented papers & posters at National & International conferences representing JSS AHER.
