Dr. Sowmya Shree T, is assistant professor in the department of OBG at JSS medical college, Mysuru. She graduated from JSS Medical College, completed her post graduation from RGUHS, Bangalore. She joined JSS academy of higher education and research as senior resident in february 2014. Worked in department of OBG as senior resident for four years and presently she is working as assistant professor from march 2018 to date. She is trained in gynaecological endoscopy from Bangalore endoscopic training institute and research centre (recognized by FOGSI). She also trained in basic ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology (ISUOG Certified). Her passion for teaching has lead her to choose medical education and made her join this prestigious institution. She is actively involved in undergraduate and post graduate teaching. She has special interests in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery and fetal medicine
