Dr BIndu Malini M is an experienced eye specialist with 10 years of experience in Ophthalmology who is a trained orbit, oculoplasty and phaco surgeon. She is a total Msorean with schooling from Mysore. She completed MBBS from JSS Medical college, Mysore (2004-2010) and post graduation in MS Ophthalmology from JSS medical college, Mysore in 2013. She has worked at all turfs of out patient departments from primary to tertiary care hospitals in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. She was consultant at Dr Agarwal’s eye hospital for 3 years. Later she pursued fellowship in Orbit and Oculoplasty from Aravind Eye hospital, Coimbatore from 2016-2018. She has also undergone short term fellowship in Phacoemulsification training for cataract surgeries. She is in charge of orbit and ocuoplasty clinic in JSS which involves in managing plastic surgery procedures related to eyes like ptosis correction, lid abnormaliy corrections, proptosis management, trauma related lid repairs, socket along with comprehensive eye care. She is a keen academician and is involved in training undergraduate MBBS, postgraduate MS students and Optometry students at JSS Medical college and Hospital.
