I am orthopaedic surgeons who aim to achieve perfection in whatever I do. I feel it`s achievable only if I give full commitment by giving importance to every small work that is given to me. Best results can be brought out only with good knowledge, proper training and repeated exposure to the task. With this in mind I have undergone training in most of the common subspecialties in orthopaedics. I love surgeries and teaching the students and motivating them to live a committed and purposeful life. End result of any trauma surgery is to get the patient back to his original working condition as early as possible. This will not be achievable without the support of rehabilitation team. Realising this I was instrumental in starting the college of Physiotherapy, department of occupational therapy, Artificial limbs centre and Physical medicine and rehabilitation centre in our institution and I still continue to coordinate with these departments for better patient care. Social work does give some satisfaction to our profession. I give my expertise to NGOs and our institution organised social activities in conducting camps and following them up. I have passion for nature and overwhelmed with the creation and the Creator. Thus I enjoy spending some time in nature and take away some time to visit places, go trekking and be with nature.
