I have completed my undergraduation from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Instiute and postgraduation from Mysore Medical College and Research Institute. I have worked as a consultant in General Surgery at SSNMM Hospital, Varkala, later went on to secure third place in All India Level SGPGI Institute Entrance Exam, Lucknow. There I’ve been trained under internationally reputed Neurosurgeons and assisted / performed under supervision more than 600 cases and completed neurosurgery training. Continued to work as Ad-hoc Senior resident for 3 months. Joined JSS Institute in September 2019 till date and have performed several surgeries, which includes Brain and spinal cord tumors, Brain infections, Traumatic Head and spine injuries, Seizure disorders, CV junction anamolies, Complex brain and spinal cord vascular surgeries, Pediatric neurological problems, Hydrocephalus, meningomyelocoele and Degenerative spine conditions. My areas of interest are Endoscopic Epilepsy Surgery, Endoscopic skull base surgery, Endoscopic complex neurovascular surgery, Minimally invasive spine surgery.
