Pathology laboratory carries out all Haematology, Cytology and histopathology tests with state of the art equipment like automated cell counters, automated urine analyser, automated coagulometer and automated histopathology processor. It even carries out immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence for kidney and skin biopsies.
Microbiology laboratory is equipped with state of the art Automated blood culture system, Vitek-2 (That can give MIC for antibiotics). Immunofluorescent Microscope and Automated CLIA equipment. It carries out regular hospital infection control activities, antibiotic stewardship and community outreach activities. It also has molecular diagnostic lab useful for diagnosis of infectious diseases.
Clinical Biochemistry laboratory is equipped with high throughput fully automated chemistry analyser, hormone analyser; Blood gas analyser and HbA1C analyser. Apart from routine investigations, we perform high end specialised investigations (like G6-PD, Homocysteine Procalcitonin, Insulin, C-peptide), Fertility profile, Tumour markers, New born screening, Maternal screening and Molecular Diagnostic facility which includes Karyotyping and FISH.
