Dr Srinivas is an associate professor in the department of Anesthesiology and critical care, JSS Medical College and Hospital, Mysuru. since 16 years he is actively involved in quality care in anaesthesiology such as difficult airway management, obstetric anaesthesia & chronic pain management moulding young minds and training them to become excellent care givers and safe anesthesia practitioners is a challenging job and he says he likes this challenge. His areas of expertise and interests are regional anesthesia, labour analgesia, and chronic pain relief procedures. “I find JSS Medical College a perfect place for research-oriented activities and clinical work alike. Our institute provides multitudes of opportunities for us to be a role model to our students.”, he says. He also indulges in quality assurance programs (NABH since 2014 as internal counsellor) and has a keen interest in public outreach activities in Anesthesiology to educate general public about Anesthesia.
